2002 Grand Prix Gt stalling.

I have a 2002 Grand Prix GT and lately it has been giving me fits. When I am driving at low speeds (like through a parking lot) and I take my foot off the gas it wants and does stall. When I am driving at about 45 and go to get on the expressway it has no power. It gets up to speed it just takes its time. I also have noticed the rpms are getting high before it shifts gears. I have changed MAF, TPS, MAP I changed throttle position twice. I was thinking I maybe got a bad one. I don't know what else to check. Now I hit the remote start it starts the car and then shuts off right away.
Please Help!!

Your IAC aka Idle Control Valve (you don't seem to be idling so well) could be dirty. I'd clean the valve and Throttle Body first. See fi that helps. From there, have the cat tested.

Ok yes my son did clean that and changed the idle control valve. My car is pulling the code for accelerator position sensor now. I think it is pulling that because of the remote start not working correctly. I am going to have my cat checked. If I have a bad cat does it always pull a code? I know I was having some raddling under my car and it has sounded different.

i had that exact same problem last year with my 2000 GT. have you used sea foam recently? turned out mine was a clogged cat. when i stepped on the gas i had no power, and my straight piped exhuast was a lot quieter. that was the first clue. if you have anymore questions feel free to message me,
