2002 bonneville won't start

My cousin brought her car to me because it was running rough. Found the coil pack for 2 & 5 wasn't firing. Swapped with a good spare coil I had and had the same issue. Swapped in a good ICM and the car wouldn't start. Put the original ICM in and it still won't start. There is now power to the ICM at all. I checked the fuses and they were all good, unless I am missing one. Where does the ICM power come from so I can trace it back. I have a 2000 Bonneville sitting here also that I am comparing to and swapping parts with.
 


Got it figured out. For what ever reason the DIS fuse was blown. Not sure how it is related to the ICM. Is this something like distribution power?
