I have a black 2001 GTP with 114k and love the car. Mine is all stock and just the other day my trans decided it didnt want to move in d or 3 just in 1 or 2 but its slips until I manually shift it in 3. I will post a thread in the trans section if anyone can help me diagnose if its electrical or mechanical and needs a rebuild.
I havent had the car very long and the trans goes out but its a clean car and is worth fixing and keeping. It just happened at a bad time when im short on cash and need my car for work everyday.
