I had a question about my 2001 Grand Prix, I bought the car about a year ago and when I bought it the cruise control did not work. I have tried everything I can think of to fix it and still no luck. Got any ideas cause I am out. Thanks
 


Check your thirs brake light bulbs. If they are out it can cause the cruise control to not work. What else have you tried?
 
The third light is still working i checked, but i have replaced the whole steering column, the servo motor underneath the hood, the cruise control switch on the brake pedal, and still nothing.
 
Check your tire speed sensors they could have an effect, check your brake sensors those also. And i guess just for the heck of it you can check the actual switch and button for cruise just in case. Make sure brake pedal doesnt sag to much
