2000 SE 3.1 won't start

Had to jump it 2 days ago after it sat for a week. hecked battery 12 volts alt 14.1. Sat 2 days started right up this morning. Went down the street got gas started right up but no turn signals or flashers. Come home checked fuse it good. Can not find the flasher. Tried to start it no go. Gauges all work, starter clicks won't turn over.
 


Does all power drop when you turn the key to start it? If so, I'd def. check all battery cables for cleanliness and make sure they are tight.
