2000 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP Engine problem?

Hello so a couple of days ago I blew something maxing out my v6 supercharged GTP. I accelerated to max speed, 95 mph it stayed there for a solid bit until the check engine soon light came on and the car began to smoke an oil burning light grey color. Mind you no overheating took place while all of this happened, which seemed odd to me. I waited a bit to drive the car home and when I did the dip stick would blow oil all over itself, the entire car shakes a bit and cant go over 55 without the same smoke coming back. Any ideas what it may be?

you blew it up.

if the dip stick is being pushed out of the tube, the piston rings are shot or you chipped the pistons more then likely and is now causing blow back pressure in the crankcase.

did the cel flash or stay on? you get it scanned yet? that code will tell more of whats wrong.

Pull the plugs and do a cranking compression check. You wont be looking for great numbers, just consistency between the numbers.
