Got it for $1,000 this January. 217,000 miles.

The body and interior are in amazing shape.

But I see why now. Rust was plastic welded over, car repainted and interior replaced... Car was flooded in Grand Forks a while back, THEN totalled in an accident.

I believe there was more oil inside the engine bay than inside the engine. The coolant was factory, never been flushed, and 3 valve cover bolts were replaced with screws. /facepalm

Bought a rebuild kit and dug my way in, all the way down to the pistons. (all I had done before was changed brakes and oil)

All that's left (engine-wise) is the ps pump, alternator, tb, and cai (all cleaned up, assembled, and ready to go).

If I ever get the balls to take on that stud that snapped off between the crossover and rear exhaust manifold.
