2000 gtp wont start

My friend has a gtp and it will crank but wont turn over,he has

-New Fuel Pump
-New MAF
-Battery is 1 year old
-Tried a different ICM

The only problem known is that his cat does need to be replaced. Any help would be appreciated,Thanks Guys

Yes it has spark and the fuel rail has been checked

You are going to have one of two problems.

No spark or no fuel. You said you had fuel at the rail, and spark. Does the fuel spew out when you press the schrader on it? Or do you have a pressure tester to check the pressure?

Our cars will start on around 26psi or more pressure (don't ask..lol), spark is spark.

Kinda sounds like you have fuel at the rail and your injector fuse might be bad. (Again..no need to ask)

Where is the injector fuse located?

its a 10A fuse under the hood, im not sure which one right now.

Other than that..I got a Regal.

according to our owners manual http://www.extendedgmwarranty.com/owners-manual/pontiac/2000-Pontiac-GrandPrix.pdf (page 6-66) it is fuse number 18, which is located to the right of the lowest big relay
