2000 gtp to do list.

Ok guys. Since driving my new to me gtp iv made a list of things it needs.
1. tie rod ends and alignment
2. lim, valve cover gaskets oil all over upper engine. and one of the valve cover bolts is broken off in the head closest to firewall
3.just replaced the coolant elbows as they blew out, will replace again with aluminum elbows during lim job.
4. Rear passenger window does not go down?
5. Previous owner installed new water pump, alternator, overheating problem? Short, bad ground problem? Temp gauge fluctuates 160-210 while driving and Lights flicker and dim at night
6. has idle surge 100-200 rpm fluctuates in neutral and in gear. New tps and maf
7. a/c only cool on passenger side
8. maybe 4th gear is gone? 3,000 rpm at 60 if I recall correctly.

That's about all I can think of right now. Open for suggestions

slowly but surely. im about to tint these windows and hopefully lower it on stiffer springs. its like a boat rocking when I get on the freeway and the road isn't even lol
