My collant is gradually dissapearing and i dont see a leak anywhere but i do smell coolant after i drive the car even short distances. what could the problem be?

lower intake gasket leak. I would change it fast or big problems will start to happen.

you know for sure thats what it is? i discovered today that there was a little bit of coolant in the exaust pipe. soes that make a difference?

yea still sounds like a lower intake manifold gasket leak. Its leaking coolant into the cylinders.

This. I have the same car, I had to replace mine when I got it.

its a common issue on gps unfortunatley. make sure you use the revised gaskets if this does turn out to be your issue. but i would check other possibilities first as this can be an expensive job if you give the car to a shop.

thank you and do you have any idea how much that will cost to fix if it is the head gasket?
