My girlfriends car is a 2000 Grand Prix Gt, and something is draining the battery every couple of days.
We had AAA come out while i was at work, they tested the battery, alt, starter. The battery had a bad cell; so i replaced w/ a bosch battery.
Car starts fine for about a day then something drains it. I noticed that the interior lights weren't shutting off after the door was closed, but that problem went away with the new battery.
I checked all the lights (trunk,glove box,viser etc.) to see if they turn off and they do.
The car did have an aftermarket alarm that was disconnected at some point. I thought the blinking red light on the dash was draining the battery but after i disconnected it still died in a few days?
I'm running out of options here any help is appreciated....
