2000 GP FT too much negative camber front wheels - weak springs?

My wife's 2000 GP GT has visibly too much negative camber; could this be caused by weak springs? I don't see anything loose in the suspension. Can anyone tell me what the resting length of the springs should be, or the distance from the road to the top of the wheel well, or other part of car?

Thanks,

camber is set mechanically, its the angle of the strut to the knuckle. The spring doesn't have anything to do with camber. cars always have some visible camber, have you had it checked to see how its set up?
