first issue when driving at a steady pace with or with out cruise on going up a hill rpms fluctuate 3-500 rpm
second issue sometimes ill get one quick hesitation and my tac will stop working till I turn the car off and back on.

this is my first post as a member but I have been browsing for a few months

1. Sounds like the torque converting locking and unlocking, it's trying to figure out if it wants to stay locked in 4th or downshift to 3rd, it also depend on what speed you are at. Sometimes you can just let off the gas and get back on it and it might go away.

2. Is the common crank sensor, someday it will just get worse and leave up a creek without a paddle. You should get that sensor replaced soon.
 
any speed above 45 it does it when under a slight load
I can hit the gas harder and it comes right out of it.
also shifts somewhat hard from 2-3 and 3-4
just changed the atf and filter few weeks ago.
the car has done this since I got it about 3 months ago
it drives great besides this little shutter under load
no CEL abs light is on
as far as the quick hesitation and the tachometer stopping is once every few days
what would fix the 1st issue
any help is appreciated
