1988 Grand Prix

My '88 2.8 coupe is running on 5 cylinders, I have been told I need one of the heads replaced. Would the head off of a 3.1 work?
I don't know if this matters, but my Grand Prix is FWD.

Does anyone have a 2.8 head I can buy?
If a 3.1 will work, I need to buy a 3.1 head. If anyone has a head, please email me at [email protected]
