1999 SE 3100 Replaced engine, Surging at idle

I just replaced my engine with a used motor, also replaced fuel pump with a new Delphi. Engine seems to run good while it is cold, when it heats up to full operating temp my engine surges at idle from 300 - 1200 rpm and then dies. I am getting codes po131, po230, po452, and po463. Any advice on how to approach this issue.:confused:

I would appreciate any help, the engine swap was easy enough but I'm not knowledgable enough to sort out the codes. Thank you for any help offered.:th_thumbsup-wink:
