1999 GtP Rack and Pinion Questions

I have a 99 gtp and it needs a rack. I'm confused ,my window sticker says it has Variable effort steering. I ordered one off ebay that says it fits as long as it does not have magnasteer. Then I went to rockauto to get a pressure line they sold two lines with or without ves in the gtp part. Then I looked at se parts and theres 3.1 only stuff but the ebay one says any trim level. So is there 4 different racks for a 99. Or is the solenoid not attached to the rack for VES ? HELP I'v changed racks in other cars but have not looked at mine yet. I'm in a wheelchair, that's why I haven't looked at mine yet. I thought I could skip that step but maybe not.
 


Variable assist steering is a sensor on the pump, thats why it takes a different pressure line..I.belive all gtps have variable effort with a maganasteer rack..ves is used for magnasteer so I would assume u have a magnasteer rack..not.sure.though...also.if you have Nv7 on the trunk.lid rpos its magnasteer.....its part of the gtp upgrade...my rpo does not have nv7 but I have magansteer on my 02gtp so who knows..verify with the wire..se racks do not have magnasteer it was not an option unless you got a gt or gtp. If you have a wire coming off where the steering shaft goes to the rack, you have magnasteer.
