1999 Grand Prix 3.8 making a squealing/clicking noise and a ting

I foolishly posted 2 years ago that I thought I had solved the problem that I have heard on a few GM passenger cars. Unfortunately, I'm far from it. My gram's car (the 99 mentioned in the title) has been clicking for around 3 years now. At the same time, the car needed bearings on the passenger side. Bought a cheap hub assembly, installed it, and that was the end of it. That's what I thought until next year during inspection when both front bearings were bad. Changed them with Moog and the next inspection, sure enough, the passenger side was bad again. When I did an oil change the other day, it's bad again. It's only been 4 months. I'm beginning to think it has to do with this noise that started occurring at the same time that the first one went bad.

The sound is a clicking/squealing sound when turning left. When the nose is up, on ramps or on a hill, the noise is more of a ting. If the vehicle is crawling or stopped with its nose up, it will make the noise but at driving speed it doesn't.

Parts that have been replaced trying to fix the noise or for inspection:
L+R bearings
L+R quick struts
L+R tie rod ends
L+R ball joint
L+R control arm bushings
L+R axle
Sway bar

All parts are high quality such as Moog and Monroe.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what could be causing this? None of the mechanics have had any suggestions. Thanks in advance. Here are two videos with it making the noise with nose up.

the vids you posted have nothing to do with wheel bearings or the likes.

the sounds is more then likely a bad pulley on the front of the engine. bad idler or tensioner pulley. take the belt off spin all the pulleys by hand, change the one that dont spin freely, or feels gritty when turned.
 
oh, to make sure its the pulleys, fire the engine up for a minute with no belt on, if the sounds are gone its a pulley for sure.


if you still hear it, its internal.
