I cant get my air to blow just out of the vents. It blows on the floor or from the defrost harder while at the same time
very little from the vent even on high. Changed a blend door actuator, control panel and still no luck. Need help!!!!

you have a vac tube that runs all the way from the driver side bumper, across the rad support up the fender, and into the car, check that tube for leaks or cracks, it controls the vent direction, its vac operated.

we just had a guy who's arm broke off the vac part under the dash, its in front of the actuator, with a vac hose on it.

heres a pic

so when turning the vents start to work? thats real odd.

should you get to the pump under the dash there, if you have a piece of vac line laying around, (washer fluid hose works too) take the vac tube off the part, first see if its pulling or blowing air at all.( when the cars running switch the controls) then pop on the new line you have and try blowing or sucking on the tube to make the that vac operated part work. see if the vents start to blow when you suck or blow.

you also can make that part work by pushing or pulling the arm i believe as well. its rare but the diaphragm inside do fail.

man thats a lot of sexual innuendos there lol
