1997 GTP Windshield Washer Fluid Reservoir

I am trying to remove my windshield washer fluid reservoir. Keep in mind its a 1997, so the reservoir is different. There is two bolt-like pieces holding it on near the headlight. They are rounded and I am thinking they are push pins? I just don't want to be wrong and pry/break them.
