1997 grand prix ventilation problem!

when I change the mode from vent to floor, floor to vent, etc., there is no change in the direction of air flow through the venting system. Any help with this please?:(

Vac line probably broke/undone somewhere... Its the really tiny one that runs by the battery and along the top of the firewall. Just trace it from end to end and look for breaks or loose cracked rubber.
