1996 grand prix Abs sensor

The abs light came on recently and i ran a diagnostic scanner on it and it says 35 RR wheel ckt short to grnd/batt

Im not really a big car guy or anything so what is this mean? And is it a hard fix? Also where is it located?
 


there is a nick in the power wire going to the right rear wheel speed sensor, causing it to hit ground somewhere. check the wiring and find the problem out.
