1995 GTP ABS light and headlights dimming

Hello so I just started having an issue with the ABS light coming on which in turn causing the lights to dim and pulling power from the motor. I have replaced wheel sensors in the past when the ABS light has come on and that fixed the problem but never has the lights dimmed from the ABS light coming on. I am thinking it could be the ABS motor shorting out, because the problem is at its worst when it is wet out. Any ideas what it could be?
 


its probably your alternator. mine did the same thing, the lights dim because the alternator isn't putting out enough olms, and the abs light comes on because its not getting enough power from the alternator. just my .02 cents lol
