1986 Grand Prix w/ factory T Tops

hi all

I collect, restore and buy and sell alot of unique cars and have a
pretty good collection of various models etc.
Yesterday I picked up an 86 Grand Prix with factory T tops.
Its a V6 car, pretty well loaded. Its been off the road a few yrs
and Im pretty sure it needs some motor work.
Ive had about 10 Ttop cars from the 80s in the last few yrs, this
is m first GP.
Seeing as I live in Az, this one is a nice rust free example.
White exterior, burgandy half vinyl top and velour interior to match.
Thought some people here on the forums would like to see more on
the car.
Not sure how many are accounted for from this era or how many where
made or % came with Ttops.
Ill try to get more pics soon.

those 80's v6 cars were kinda boring, till you drop a 454 under the hood lol

the 80's had to be GM's worst run of V6 engines in the history of engines. such trash.

this car isnt for someone who wants tons of HP
but there are those out there who appreciate the body style and the fact that
T Tops where a rare factory option still.
Not my first choice for GP either, but my main reason for posting it was for those
out there who did like this body style etc, would like to see a survivor.

Right! I had a 86 cutlass supreme with the 3.8 v6 and it was awful. Terrible gas mileage, and no power whats so ever. It was a good deal with 80k original miles that's why I bought it. Body was immaculate.

Ha I only had it for a year. I actually made money on it. Paid $1200, sold it for $2000.

350 crate motor is still in the neighborhood of 250 hp unless you pay to play some more. hell my 97 GMC 3500 4x4 pick up with the last of the 350's in it only had 255 hp , my 03 gmc had a 6.0, aka 364 cui, and it just had 300 hp. more like 290 i think.
