165,000 Miles, any Gotcha's to lookout for?

My 2000 GrandPrix is still running like a champ, I've babied it for many years. Oil Changes, minor engine work, etc.

Someone suggested I should have the timing chain replaced and a preventative measure because it's cheaper to have it replaced rather than it break.
