i was parked at a gas station and a lil 1.8 turbo golf and a fartcan civic pull in. so i drive over and ask the golf if he wants to run it and he says yes without hesitating. we went on the expressway and did a 35 roll(which is when i drop it down to first gear) and i pulled hard on him. then we went from a 55 roll(i dropped it into 2nd) and i let him get the hit after the 3 honks. i heard his turbo spoolin but it was no match for my 97 GTP. i pulled close to 6 lenghts by the time i hit 100. then he did a ricer fly by in shame. both of our cars were automatic.
 


Auto GTi's probably run 16's. A buddy of mine had a stock GTi manual and barely touched 14's when he went to the track...
 


Nice Kill. I had a chance to run a turbo jetta believe it was a golf not sure. Little 5speed it was quick but thank god for torque! lol

EDIT: By jetta i mean volkswagon...LOL or however ya spell that!
