07 prix hid relay question

So I'm going with hids in my lows highs and fogs. I know I need a relay harness for my lows because I have drl that way out will disable them and I'll get full power to my lows BUT should I put a relay on my fogs and high beams also? I heard its a god idea that way the ballasts get full power all the time. Keep in mind I have a aftermarket system "big". Again, good idea to have a relay on all my lights?
