07 GP gt not starting

Hey I'm new to owning a grand prix and my 07 started an issue last jight I started it after it had been sitting for a couple hours while I was at a race and when I started it it turned over fired revved up like normal then lowered Rev to about 800 rpm wh sitting there after a couple min of it running I got in and was just gonna hit the break when the rpms dropped it sputtered then died. Couldn't get it to start after that it would turn catch like it was gonna take off then die. Then it started this morning and after a couple hours of sitting same issue. Any ideas would be helpful sorry for long post.

Hard to say exactly what is going on here without maybe a live data scanner in my hands.

I'd just try the small stuff though, clean the MAF sensor in the intake tube and remove the throttle body and clean it up real well.

If that doesnt help any, perhaps unplug the MAF and you'll have to pedal it to get it to start but if it continues to run without dying, it's possible the MAF is/has failed.
 
Figured it out even the dealership was leading towards the fuel pump turns out just a fuse under the hood was not in properly
