....3 young children making things short on time Is there a fuse for low beams? Where? Don't have manual etc.

I believe the cause could be the headlight low beam relay HDM relay or something like that. However, problem is its 70 bucks here in canaduh! and if its not the problem they wont refund because its an electrical part. :(
