Raced a buddys stage 2 06 sti tonight for lols. Did 2 runs, from 40 and from 60. Both times he put about a car and a half on me but that car is good for mid 12s. Ill going again later this summer when the car is 5 speed and turbo and see how it goes.
 


neither runs were slow enough for you to have a good run and being an awd car id have guessed he would be begging for a dig race......

try him from a dig i bet its closer..... over 30ish and hes already got the gear advantage on you.......
 
As mentioned it was for fun, we were going to go from a dig but the spot we were going to,i had a feeling to wait for the cars behind us to clear and sure enough one of those cars was a cop so we decided just to do a couple runs on the highway. Some may be scared to lose, idgaf. it was fun, i have nothing to prove
 
My experience with the STI's is they lack on the top end. I'd expect he would slaughter you off the line and you'd reel him if in the speed went high enough.
