06 SE Front Air Dam and Rear Valance

I just got into a fender bender and will need work done to the front and rear bumpers. My questions are.

1) The front air dam just clips up to the existing setup or does it replace an existing piece?

2) The rear valance.... is it the whole bumper cover or just the lower part.


I guess what I really want to know is what is required to install these? I know the owner of the body shop that the car is at so I'm going to ask him if he can order these for me and put them on.
 


Both very bottom pieces of the bumper can come off of the regular bumper itself.

I think they just have clips and push pin dealio's holding them in place.
 
Yah I need to know what pieces that get removed from my car so the body shop knows what to and not to order.
