06 Grand Prix DIC. NEED T/S HELP!!!!

I replaced my ignition switch. Installed and plugged in climate control, radio, and Driver Information Center(DIC) while battery disconnected. Now when battery plugged in, My radio, and climate control work. But, my DIC does not turn on. Do I need to get it reprogrammed? Should I just get one from the junk yard?
