06 GP Base signal conversion to Fog/signal

I know that this has been post on here once but there was no instructions. I have a base model 2006 Grand Prix and i want to change the normal turn signal lamps into the fog/signal lamps that the GT and GXP's have. The bulb size i have now is a 3157 i believe and i need it converted to the 898. Is there any one here that would be able to help me do this modification. I already have the new lights but i am not to sure on the wiring. im just wondering is there a special harness i need or can i just get the wiring harness off the models that come with the lenses i like or am i gonna have to custom wire it

Any help would be great.
