'05 GXP w/ 3.69's - WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE, TEP trans installed with some vids

Re: '05 GXP w/ 3.69's - WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE, Drunkie likes men on nick action

I'm not so sure about that. I'm finding that the more power I add, the more I actually like the stock gearing. It is nice being able to cruise at 75 at ~20XX rpms...

Don't get me wrong, if/when my trans goes, I'm going with 3.29's, but at a certain point I can see how 3.69's aren't really manageable on the street. Again, just preference.

I'll be the first to say it's taking some getting used to. By 40~ I'm already in 4th gear lol.

75 mph is about 2600~ give or take a bit. It's not as bad as I thought, but still. 70~ will probably be my max speed running it on the highway when cruising. It needed tires anyways, so that'll be one of the first things it will get. I'll see how it does after the tune via the wideband...it's still getting about 21~ on the highway...and with stock gearing I wasn't getting much better than 23~. I'm sure a full tune-up along with the tune will only help those numbers.

It also isn't my daily, so it won't see as much street time...which is why I went with the steeper gear.
