05 gtp seat belt and air bag reset

I have a 05 gtp that I bought wrecked and both air bags was blown. I have already replaced the drivers air bag and just went and got a dash and passenger side air bag today and was wondering if everything would be fine to plug in? I don't wanna connect the new air bag and it blow. Also the steering wheel doesn't lock and he front seatbelts don't latch. Does anything else need to be done before I replace the dash and air bags?

if the 04 ups are like the 97-93 cars theres a air bag module under the pass seat, the seat has to come out, then lift the rug, you can see the box molded in the carpet. you need to replace it


no idea on the seat belts.
