04 with whining noise from speakers?

I just installed aftermarket speakers and an amp and it started out with no noise but then i went to mount it upside down and then it got a horrible whining noise. The noise gets louder as i give it more gas but it also makes the noise when the key is just on acc. I have moved the ground to several places and got it all down to bare metal but still makes the noise. So i have no idea what could be causing the noise. The power wire is connected to the battery terminal(also tried the fuse box in the motor area) and the power is ran seperate from everything else. The turn on wire, speaker wires, and rca wires are all ran down the driverside while the power is ran down the passenger side. So how do i get rid of the whining noise?
 


They are cheap walmart ones so that could be the problem...im checking the amp right now. And it is grounded to the trunk floor. I just sanded away some paint and primer.
