04+ low beams plus fogs on at the same time?

Can anyone tell me how to do this? I have been searching for about a hour and literally can not find anything. All I find is people saying they have found write ups or it has been asked a million time but I honestly find nothing. Any help? Thanks in advance!

I have done this myself and its very easy.
I have 55w 4300K HID highs and 50w fogs

edit: you mean highs right?

No I mean like when my low beams turn on I want my fog lights to turn on at the same time without having to manually turn them on
