04+ Loose fog light??

So i took my fog light off my 06 gt and now i cant get it back on as nice as it was before. I tried everything and it still was loose and moves slightly up and down. and will bug the s*** out of me if it will be moving when im driving. Then i talked to a friend and he has the same issue on his 04 gtp. So how can i get the fog light nice and tight like it was before???
