04 GTP with sunroof - MAJOR water on drivers side floor - HELP

I am having major water problems on my 04 GTP. There are literally large puddles on the floor after it rains on the drivers side front and also rear floors. The car has a sunroof. If anyone can chime in I would really appreciate it. I need to stop this water leakage before the floor pan is destroyed. I really love this car and want to save it.

It's a known issue with the drains. Mine haven't clogged yet, so I'm not much help locating them. The service manual's somewhere around here for DL..
 
Sometimes the hose comes off the nipple on the sunroof frame and water drains wherever it wants. There is a nipple in all 4 corners.
