04 gtp cruise kicks off

Hey all. Im having issues with my cruise control kicking of or not setting. Ive had the ecu reset and right about the same time my out side tmep quit working so did the cruise. the dealership cant recreat it. Anyone got any ideas on what might be causing this? As much as i drive the car on the highway cruise is a must have for me.
