Sorry if this is redundant, I searched for 3-4 hours last night and came up with nothing conclusive. (there are all kinds of threads for AUX port adds on the 6 disk with XM) I have an 04 GTP with the 6 disk and no XM, does have onstar. Want an Aux port. I bought a Scotche FM unit that wired inline with the antenna cable. Sound like bad AM and gets worse over the course of an hour or so. I am ready to punt to an after market. I know I will loose the door chimes and steering wheel buttons. My main concerns are below listed.

2. Can the line out levels from an aftermarket feed into the bose inputs ok? If not, will a LOC converter / adapter allow that?
