04+ GT Bumper

I got a base 2006 Grand Prix and a part I need to complete my dual exhaust setup is the lower blk plastic fascia of a 04+ GT rear bumper. Does this part come separate off the complete bumper or will I have to get the whole bumper? Iv searched some junkyards to no avail and would like to know of some good websites that sell the part I need.
