04 Grand Prix Water leak on passenger floor

Hey everyone. I searched but didnt have luck finding the issue.

I noticed the floor on the passenger side was soaked yesterday. A puddle actually. We have had a lot of rain here in the past month.
on google i found an issue with the cowl panel? I have no idea what this is about?
can anyone tell me or direct me to a fix?

The water is only on the floor. I didnt notice any on the door or anywhere else.. just the floor. So i cant see where its coming from.
