04 Grand prix suspected to be comp G

Riddle

HOW EVER it is not badged for Comp G package. Have a look at the RPO code list it has all the comp G codes just no badgeing

I Apologize in advance for it being so dirty atm its drove 3-4 times a week and in good ol ky weather it goes from the teens to upper 60s this time of year till jan.

No the WS6 does designate that it is a comp G however early production had a separate "competition group" badge from the GTP badge and it would not be out of the ordinary for a rear end collision to require a new decal/emblem and they would probably have a hard time finding the the comp G badge

Looks like a well optioned early model GTP to me.

Not that being a comp-g adds any value to it.

Its got every thing only thing offerd for a Comp G pack. only things i have done to it is home made inner fender CAI and 20s new bearings all way around to fix Stabiltrac, magnasteer 2 and TC and abs issuses and replaced an egr valve other wise its stock. I always wondered why it had all the comp g options but none of the badge's . Its weird right

I still want to know why they wouldnt badge it lmao not that its a problem for me i just like to investigate >,< I'v had this gp for over 2 years now and it always sit on my mind

April of 2003 was a super early build date, they may have never have even made those badges just yet for every single car that had all the options. GM does things way oddball very often, so who knows why.

The previous owners before you could have removed or replaced badges too without you ever knowing. There is alot of time passed since this car rolled off the line.

The answer lies in the 1st picture.
Part of the Comp G dealer installed items were
the un-bronzed baby shoes.
