04 grand prix no crank no ignition power

Bought an 04 comp g gtp with 134xxx mi got it was told needed a battery a starter and an icm took all those part from 99gtp got the parts installed went to try and start nothing when i put tge key in the ignition the dic read key in ignition and the mileage tried starting nothing but a clicking noise from the passenger side fuse box for the rap fuse or relay the fuel pump primes check all fuses they are good went under the vehicle amd jumped the starter car turned over just not when i use the key

Any help greatly appreciated
 


check the neg cable ground block pos thing off the battery. its know to not work well.


if that checks out. put a test light to the purple wire on the small stud on the starter, if it lights up when you turn the key to crank that part is working, next step is jumping the starter, bridge a screw driver to the small stud with the purple wire to the large stud with the bat pos cable bolted there. it should crank once bridged. ( it will throw sparks) if it dont crank the starter could be bad, or we're back to neg and pos cable issues.
