04 grand prix gt no power passenger low beam

Hey guys. New member here. Got an 04 grand prix gt. Im having trouble with my passenger side low beam. Im not getting any power in the bulb socket. Fuses look fine and I didnt see any cut or nicked wires anywhere from the bulb socket back to the fuse box under the hood. I changed out the headlight connector and nothing. Im getting 14v in all other bulb sockets but nothing in the passenger side low beam. Am I missing something? Any suggestions or help would be appreciated. Thanks.
