04 Fuel Pump?

Ok , so my wifes 2004 Grand Prix GT (not SC).. Has been hard to start for around 6 months... We hardly drive it so i havent gotten around to fix it... Takes on average 3 turns of the key to start it.. I know its a fuel problem.. Im assuming fuel pump.. i put a fuel gage on it and at idle it sitting around 54 psi, and once u turn off engine it drops to 0 within 30 seconds..

im confident its the pump, however i was wanting some other input just in case

Yup sounds like the check valve in the pump is bad. there should be an access panel in the trunk to get it out.
