04 compg losing 4th?

My trans started slipping in 3rd trying to shift into 4th.
This happens when im wot at like 75-80. When i let off the gas and back on i shift in but will redline untill i let off the throttle.

So at WOT at around 75-85 its trying to do the 2-3 shift.

I was scanning and was in 3rd when i went wot and it did this and when i let off and back on it went into 4th. The first time i noticed this was at 116 though so i was probly in 3rd then too but wasnt scanning then.

Edit: Its like a jerking when it does it so ive been reading some stuff on here and someone had this issue and it ended up being the tc
