04 Comp-G Downpipe

This is the pipe on the car I just bought, it doesn't have a u-bend and the sensor exits on the passenger side of the pipe. Is this the stock pipe for 04 Comp-G or is it a replacement.

It appears to be the stock downpipe, the 04+ models don't have a u-bend in the downpipe. The aftermarket downpipes I've seen also have the catalytic converter just before the O2 bung and flange, as opposed to the stock pipe that has the converter right after the rear manifold flange.

Thanks, I thought it was stock just wasn't sure.
