Can anyone provide instructions or a link to removing the dash panel on an 03 SE so that I can get to the fog light switch?

i ran across a how-to for removing the dash just the other day and it instructed to remove the lower dash panel first.

don't forget that important step.
 
You dont have to. It makes it easier the first time tho. I have pulled mine like 15 times with that on.
