02 GT - No power going to fuel pump

So I originally had it towed from where it originally was and the guy tells me the fuel pump isn't working after doing a diagnostic on it. So I went and bought a new fuel pump for $300, put it in. Doesn't work. Checked the old fuel pump by connecting the old connector to separate battery and it worked fine. Checked the new one with the battery and it also worked. So I did some research and was reading about the crankshaft position sensor, did the light test to see if it was good or not, it failed so I replaced the crank sensor. Still no good, I've checked all the fuses and the fuel pump relay, they're all good. I put starter fluid into the intake and it started up but i had to keep the key turned to start in order to keep it running while someone sprayed the starter fluid into the engine. Is there anything that I've missed? The only thing I can think of is the wiring to the fuel pump is bad but I'm not too sure where it comes from and where to find it. There's also no fuel pressure coming out of the fuel pressure regulator.

Sounds like you need to start tracing wires. You can work backwards from the tank. I'm sure someone on here has a better idea on where the harness runs. Luckily I've never had to do mine so I can't tell for sure.

The power for the fuel pump comes from fuse 32 in the underhood fuse box. It should be a 15 amp fuse. From there it goes through the fuel pump relay and out to the pump. Fuse 32 should be hot all the time. Did you check to see if the relay is getting the command from the ECM? Have you tried jumping terminals 30 and 87 of the relay to see if the pump runs?
